During your stay you can relax in the comfort of their spacious guest lounges with open fires or dine in style at Hickory’s Restaurant and Bar. This ultra modern dining room’s menu will delight your taste buds with local fresh produce, changing seasonally.

Wine Tasting at Centennial Vineyards

Centennial Vineyards

We travel to Centennial Vineyards for a premium wine tasting.

“Over the years I have come to understand that good wines largely make themselves apart from very minor guidance and shaping. To this end, and where possible, I prefer to have a minimal impact on the winemaking process, and to let those inherent grape flavours speak of their vineyard origin.” Tony Cosgriff

Centennial Vineyards is all about cool climate grape growing and winemaking. The vines ripen with lower temperatures than most Australian wine regions. Because the climate is colder, vines ripen the fruit much more slowly and evenly than in warm regions, producing balanced, aromatic fruit.

Lunch at Centennial Vineyards

Centennial Vineyards

Offering breathtaking views across the vineyards, Centennial Vineyards Restaurant is an ideal setting to enjoy a relaxed lunch in the country with friends, great food and fine wine.

On balmy summer days, the restaurant’s glass doors open onto a spacious Australian verandah to provide a unique alfresco dining experience. In winter, the cosy and rustic appeal of the restaurant is enhanced by the enormous fireplace.

Centennial Vineyards Restaurant owners, Robin and Mandy Murray, have created a wonderful dining experience which makes the most of the beautifully appointed room and stunning vineyard views.

Discover Joadja Distillery

We journey into the Southern Highlands countryside and discover Joadja Distillery in a hidden valley.

Return to Peppers Craigieburn to Relax

Some own time to rest or stroll around Peppers Estate.

Dinner at eschalot Restaurant
