Some wine tasting and a Picnic Among the Vines

Another delicious start to the day in the Pavilion at Thistle Hill. 

For this Gourmet Package we have elevated breakfasts to include additional tasty treats.

Travel to Audrey Wilkinson Wines for a Picnic Among the Vines.

Enjoy a self-guided tour of their onsite museum, followed by a master class and premium tasting from an in-house wine expert.

Collect your bottle of handpicked wine along with a picnic hamper  to share between two and select a scenic location within our 270 acre property to enjoy the picturesque view and immerse yourself among the vines where you will feel as though you have the whole vineyard to yourself!

Nestled at the foothills of the Brokenback Ranges, in the heart of the Hunter vineyards, you will find the magnificent Hunter Valley Gardens – over 60 acres of spectacular international display gardens that will amaze you with sensational sights, colours, fragrances and adventures.

Exploring over 8 kilometres of walking paths, visitors are able to experience each of the ten individual feature gardens with a range of statuary and superb feature gardens, all of a standard you won’t see elsewhere in Australia. Throughout the summer period, the famous Christmas Lights feature over 1.5 million lights every night – a fairy wonderland.

 

Time to Bid Farewell

Our Shuttle takes us back to Thistle Hill where we say au revoir.

Self drivers will then head home or onto their next destination. For those departing from Broadmeadow Station, our Shuttle will drop you at the station by 4:00PM.

Booking Deposit is 25% with the balance due 14 days before Experience Package commences. An Experience Information Pack will be emailed to you upon receipt of Booking Deposit. A Complimentary Shuttle is available to and from Broadmeadow Station on Central Coast and Newcastle Line (CCN).
